Frozen Goods Delivery Disclaimer

Blendit smoothies are delivered frozen and packed with care to help maintain product quality during transit. Please read the following information before placing your order.


Delivery Area

We currently deliver to the Hibiscus Coast and surrounding areas within approximately 15–20km.


Delivery Method

Orders are sent via standard courier. While we pack to keep your order frozen, delivery times and conditions can vary.


Product Temperature on Arrival

  • Products are dispatched fully frozen.
  • Orders are packed with ice packs and an insulated wool-pack pouch to help maintain temperature during delivery.
  • In most conditions, this packaging keeps products frozen for 6+ hours, however heat, courier handling, and delivery timing can affect this.


What’s OK: items may be slightly softened on the outside but still frozen.


Not OK: items are fully thawed (soft/liquid and not cold to the touch).


If your order arrives fully thawed, contact us within 24 hours.


Customer Responsibilities

  • We recommend someone is home to receive your delivery.
  • If your order is left at the door, it must be placed out of direct sunlight.
  • Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the order inside and place it in the freezer immediately.
  • You may specify a safe drop location at checkout.
  • Orders cannot be redirected or rescheduled once dispatched.


Handling & Storage

  • Place products in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Do not refreeze products that have thawed.
  • Do not consume any product that arrives fully thawed and warm.


Refunds, Replacements & Liability

We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.


Blendit responsibility

  • If products arrive fully thawed due to courier delay, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • If your order is damaged in transit, we will arrange a resolution (couriers may provide delivery photos).
  • If you receive an incorrect order, we will replace it.


Customer responsibility

  • If the customer is not home and the order is left unattended.
  • If an order is stolen after delivery.
  • If products thaw after delivery due to delayed unpacking or unsuitable drop location conditions.


Claims Process

  • Photo evidence is required for all claims.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact page so we can resolve it quickly.
